1. How do I place an order with Regaleo?
It's very simple! Choose your favorite products and add them to your shopping cart. Go to your shopping cart and click on 'Checkout'. Follow the steps to fill in your details and complete the order.
2. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including iDEAL, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal and more. All payments are processed securely.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code. This allows you to easily track your package via our website or the carrier's website.
4. What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. During checkout you can view the shipping options and associated costs. We offer free shipping for orders over a certain amount.
5. Can I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can usually still make the change or cancellation.
6. What is your returns policy?

To return a product, please contact our customer service team for a returns number and further instructions. Pack the product carefully and send it back to our warehouse. Once we have received and inspected the return, we will process your refund or exchange.

If your order has arrived damaged, please contact our customer service immediately. We will send a replacement product or arrange a refund depending on your preference.
9. Do you offer gift service?
Yes, we offer a gift service. You can choose gift wrapping and add a personal message during checkout. Your order will then be sent festively packaged.
